Morning All. How many of you prepare correctly for Obstacle Course Racing? Running will build an engine, but what happens when you have to dig deep on a steep slope after running on flat, or having to climb over a wall ,for this you need relative strength... My aim is not to make you all muscle bound, but competent in pushing, pulling, clambering and all round strength so that you get the full OCR experience at MSB and to make it more enjoyable. Along with this, it will help reduce the chances of sprains, strains and tears, often caused when you are off the beaten track and getting cold/wet. The Training Shed, Daventry offers an intelligent, specific and friendly approach to getting fitter, faster and stronger. We have a number of group fitness classes to suit all, but if there are enough of you (friends/Family) we will lay on a group session just for you, based on your needs. If you want something more specific, we can design bespoke training plans based you your strengths and weaknesses, to then train in house or at your own gym.
