Morning!!! Happy Sat! I just posted the below for my challengers in my private challenge group I have going for the 21 day fix. We are on week 3. Thought you might enjoy seeing a little tidbit from what happens in my group. Just wanted to post my 21 day fix cardio fix video from yesterday afternoon! I got it in late, but I did it! Feeling good and strong this am and am back on track after not feeling well! Yayy! Feels great! Today I am off on a day date to go shopping with my husband for ....drumroll...some clothing!! I mean, I cannot even tell you how much I need to get shopping! I mean my whole closet is full of leftovers from 2003!! I need help!!! So hitting up a few of my favorite shops (anthro, lulu and a few others included!) and I am excited too because I need a few pairs of jeans for fall, amongst other things... and my size is for sure down since my last big shopping trip (which was..um like..I cant even remember, hello..I dont have time to shop are you kidding me?!, I am a mom...maybe except old navy or H & M!!). Having lunch out, so going to stay on track and keep it clean! Off to get ready, baby sitter coming early. Anyhow, stay on track, get those workouts in girls. Honestly they make a world of difference! They go hand in hand for a reason. Try them!! Let me know how you do!!
