Morning... I hope this helps My morning routine may help you if you try it. It can be done in 1 minute or 30. I choose to meditate and pray now that I have time, but when life was busy, I borrowed 2 minutes to accomplish this everyday. This is how I started. I am off balance when I dont. Over the past 10 years, Ive learned meditation while praying is extremely effective for mind, body and spirit. Plant your feet, take a very deep breath, in and out for 15 seconds, in through your nose, out through your mouth. Clear your mind of any negative thoughts. Ask for forgiveness and forgive yourself for known and unknown folly. Forgive others. Think of all you have, materialistically, physically and mentally and say thank you. Think of all you may need or want and make a verbal request Decide the outcome of your day and verbalize it, speak it into existence. Decide to do a good deed for someone else (even a simple smile and hello) Acknowledge God in all your ways and he will direct your paths.
