Morning Inspiration with Pastor Merritt When you are living - TopicsExpress

Morning Inspiration with Pastor Merritt When you are living with the Ruler of the kingdom on a daily basis you will want to live under the rule of the King. Every kingdom has a king and every king has a throne and that throne is the seat of authority from which the king rules and reigns. In a kingdom, the king is in control and his is the only word that matters and the only word that goes. Get this picture in your mind. Your heart is a throne. Someone is going to sit on the throne and rule over your life. At any given moment there will always be only one of two possibilities: either you are on that throne or Jesus. In every decision that you make on a daily basis you will decide what you want to do or you will decide to do what God wants you to do. God’s rule and God’s reign is over both the world you can see and the world you can’t. It is over that which is physical and that which is spiritual. His Kingdom is over angels and demons, believers and non-believers, moderns and post-moderns, men and women, young and old, rich and poor, healthy and sick, Republicans and Democrats, and the living and the dead. Not only does He rule over all of the universe, but corporately He rules over every single life individually. Jesus is not just the King who rules over nations and countries and continents. He rules over you, your finances, your computer, your calendar, and your credit cards. If you want to know just how much you are living under the rule of the Kingdom, I’ve told you before. Look at your calendar and look at your bank account and that will tell you exactly where Jesus is in your life. There is a sure-fire test that never fails to show whether or not you are living with the Ruler of the kingdom and living under the rule of the kingdom. Share this with a friend. Give them the gift of God’s inspiration. #Jesus #Christian #Church #Faith
