Morning Inspirations Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. (Matthew 26:41) Good morning FBF!! As I have written before, we are living in an age of deception! Evil is seen as being good, and good has become evil! Those who are continuing to stand on the truth of God’s word may be seen as “old fashion” in their ways! The prophet Elijah thought he was the only one who was fighting the “good fight of faith,” but God said, “Yet I reserve seven thousand in Israel--all whose knees have not bowed down to Baal and all whose mouths have not kissed him! Don’t become disillusioned! There are other faithful believers who are standing strong for God! God will always have a small, but strong and faithful remnant to continue to proclaim His word! Watch and pray that you don’t give up and join the “in crowd!” The flesh may be saying, “Why should I be the odd-ball out?! It must not be that bad since everyone is doing it?!” Don’t forget that only eight souls were saved through the flood, or that only four people made it out of Sodom and Gomorrah! “Lord, are there few that be saved?!” Continue to strive to enter in at the straight gate! “For many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able!” I know that the Apostle John saw a great number in heaven, but compared to the ones that will be lost, it will be considered to be a few! “Hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure!” Watch and pray!! Don’t allow the flesh to become your master! The spirit or the flesh – which of the two will you feed the most?! The one which you feed will become the strongest! WATCH AND PRAY!! Feed the spirit with the word of God! “Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls!” As I say to one, I say to all, WATCH AND PRAY !!
