Morning OT Fit gang ! Wanted to let everyone know about some exciting news starting 9/2 (Tuesday) I am almost done finalizing a program that we have used a year or so ago testing people in all areas of weight training, cardiovascular training, body fat, weight gain/loss, endurance and agility ! Our success rates were astronomical. 1. We had every single guy increase in performance at all 8 tests, except 2 people saw increased performance for 7 out of the 8 tests 2. We had every single girl increase in performance at all 8 tests, except 1 person saw increased performance for 7 out of the 8 tests 3. Most importantly we saw people burning fat !! The good news is we included men and women from ages 21 to 51 years old with all types of previous injuries and concerns, and everyone was at a different athletic or fitness level at the time of the start of the program, so this is open to everyone Heres how it will work.... For those who want to participate will simply come to your normal workout routine schedule the week of 9/2 but we will have you test in a few areas to get your starting points and then the week of 9/8 we start the program for 12 weeks ending us perfectly right at Thanksgiving Week For those who do NOT want to participate that is perfectly okay, and will not be forced to test in any area, however the workouts will be the same for those testing and not testing **recommended to see results across the board to come to at least 3-4 classes a week more details to come ! but here is how we will be breaking down the first 6 weeks Dont worry about what each means, we will still continue to follow the similar guidelines of upper, lower, full throughout the week Let me know if you have any questions !
