Morning Reflection For Thursday October 23, 2014 Genesis 22:1-2. And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. [2]. Thought for the Day: Your Faith Will Be Put To The Test Reflection for the Day: In Your Obedience You Will Find Victory Abrahams faith was impacted through the experiences he faced. He came to a place in God that the scriptures state, he staggered not at the promises of God. Having come to this place, God had one final test for the man of God. Abraham did not back away from the Lords direction, for he knew that God already had designed his victory. Obedience to Gods Word may have a cost to it, but it is a cost that brings a greater reward. The cost that you do not want to pay is the one that results from disobedience. Be assured that however God directs you, He already has a plan of victory designed for you.
