Morning Tamworth, well there plenty of lightning around with yesterdays storms, also great to score some rainfall as well, the official rainfall at the airport is saying 2.4mm, however my rain gauge at Westdale is saying 6.6mm. How much did you get? Today should be mostly sunny, there is still a chance of a storm this afternoon due to a trough that is lingering in the NE of the state, most of the storms will be on the ranges & coastal fringes, but we may see the odd storm sneek in, i give it at best a 50/50 chance. So were heading for a top of 31-32° winds variable. Make the most of these cooler temps, as were going to hit 38° on Friday & Saturday, some forcasters are saying we may even hit 40 on Sat due to the strong NW winds before the change.
