Morning.. Yesterday I was painting several projects at once. Had this old chair in my office and thought as I am fed up with the hot weather and longing for Autumn, I would repaint this chair for my window display, well, when I get around to it..LOL. It was Oak and dirty purple seat. Quick two coats of Olive Chalk Paint® by our Annie Sloan, slapped on dark wax. Rubbed on French gilding wax in copper in bits. Recovered the seat is Annies Monaco fabric and done.. Have a little stool I will try and finish today and a lovely dresser in Duck Egg, Old White and Pearl Plaster, depends if we are busy or quiet.
