Morning all, I just wanted to tell you how immensely proud I am of you all, great shift last night , well done to all our newbies you coped fantastically well with what may have looked like a daunting shift , also huge thanks to all our older staff for taking the newbies under your wing, helping them along and not leaving anyone to struggle, I honestly couldnt not be prouder of you all.
