Morning all. Weve recovered from yesterdays Dyngus Day soaking, so of course Greenbush Brisket Van is back at it in the parking lot of Eagle Technologies in Bridgman at 11am sharp. Come on by and satisfy your bbq tooth. Yes, there is such a thing as a bbq tooth. Also, for those who have been asking heres our general weekly schedule subject to revision here and there (we post our location daily on the Brisket Van page, linked above as well). This does not include our huge volume of upcoming weekend events. Those will be posted independently as they get closer. Here goes: Monday - Rogers Foodland in St. Joseph (Hollywood/Glenlord) Tuesday - Eagle Technologies in Bridgman (on Red Arrow near light) Wednesday - 211 Hilltop in St. Joseph. Thursday - Cafe Mosaic in Benton Harbor (on Main, by Whirlpool) Friday ***New Addition!*** - Downtown Niles right by the river.
