Morning all been asked to put up one day of my prep im 7 an a half weeks out form Central Britain show in Doncaster and 98kg about 5-8% bodyfat that not that clear as in still taking in some sodium and carb cycling This is a normal carb day starts at 8am breakfast 55g porridge oats 55g myprotein instant oats and 55g myprotein impact whey mixed with 700mill water thats a breakie of 800g 😉 then work this is my cardio im a roofer so up n down ladders all day like to see someone do that all day for 7-8 hrs in the gym first chicken and rice meal is at 10 am thats 125g brown rice and 125g steamed chicken breast same again at 12, 2, and 4, then gym around 430-5 cheats today Ill do 10 sets dumbell press on an incline bench using all notches up to chest delt tie in then 4-5 sets flys back down to flat bench 1an half hour total depending on the size of group im training with sometimes drags on a bit then home for dinner 7-8 pm dinner is 400g chicken breast bbqed if grilled heaps of salad and veg no carbs dont want to be taking carbs to bed with me you burn fat in your sleep on a higher carb day all i do is raise carbs more rice have some fruit more protein shakes and some treats hope that helps someone it all changes soon 4 weeks out from comp no treats no cheats just straight down the line chic n rice green veg no sodium dairy or fruit
