… Morning everyone :-) …. I have woken fresh and positive after 8 hours sleep (chemically assisted I have to admit). Its been a long time since I have slept that well (even with help), and I am certain it is due to the fact that I am continuing to divest myself of the negative energies of attachment, whilst also continuing to resist the expectations and demands of others. I also attribute it to the fact that I had a long and varied weekend of being good to myself, mixed with doing good for others. A Lovely spiritual blend which, coupled with some open honesty with myself and a couple of other people, has given me a most relaxed and carefree weekend. I have to acknowledge that this has been helped enormously by the care, and in one case, kind patience of some lovely people. I want to say a huge THANK YOU ! to James Colgan for such loveliness. So Today I am visiting the Poppies with a dear friend for a couple of hours … bit of chilled time, and then full on into the week. Whatever youre doing this week I hope you are safe and successful and I send EVERYONE Positive Thought Energy and …. Big LOVE !
