Morning morning, FEEDBACK PLEASE: The more times i read your post Catherine Russell Woodbine the more I think this could really work and has a massive potential. Here is a young guy Maika Jnr who has passion, attitude and enthusiasm and has fortunately found something he really enjoys doing at an early age whereas sometimes we can spend a life time and still not find this. Money cant buy a good attitude long term or enthusiasm but here is just one great example who could really grow with further support and asssitance. As an owner of a company one of my key drivers for employing someone is attitude and enthusiasm and if we could kind a way to at the very least get one person in a month to do work experience or have a course placement it would go a long way. It would give these people confidence, self esteem and inner belief an their own ability and in turn grow and they would naturally have a far wider positive effect within their family and villages alike When you do find someone with those core attribubes you grab them quickly as they are so valueable within any organisiation. We would need some form of interview porcess if we could get this off the ground and more importantly how or where would we find these people to put forward as opportunities to future employess. Kyle Remphrey you mentioned you have a number of Resorts you deal with and wonder if this is an opportunity for your group? Avi how about you within your contacts?
