Morning yaall - Ok I got a charge on my cc that was not supposed to be on there. Hotel room we canceled an hour after we booked it . They said they didnt charge my card. We called and they gave us the run around twice - so I call Capital one and they get the guy on the phone and we 3 way - he is not American and gives us every opportunity to just hang up and say the heck with the 63 dollars ?? I dont understand him - he dont understand me or the rep for my card - and after 10 min of me spelling my name over n over n over I get pissed. I say - ITS FREAKEN ITALIAN BUDDY !!!!! - He says why do you have to cuss ?? why do you yell ?? I said cause I have 15 cars to fix and im messing with something you started by charging my card when you said you didnt ! Right there is where I messed up - I should have shown more patience - been more Christian like and been cool about it - thats what Jesus would have done. So I learned something yesterday - be cool be calm and dont just play the part - be the part even if some foreigner on the other end of the phone is play-in you like a rented goalie .
