Most Holy and merciful Lord Jesus Christ through the Immaculate Heart of Mary I offer to You this day all of my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings, all that this day may bring for the love of God and in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass offered throughout the entire world for the intentions of Thy Most Sacred Heart and in reparation for all of my sins and for the sins committed against Thy most Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I offer this day most importantly in thanksgiving for all of Thy benefits and gifts especially the gift of faith. I offer to You O Lord this day for the relief of the Holy souls in purgatory, for those who have no one to pray for them, for those who are in most need of Thy mercy, for the needs of my family, friends, co-workers and associates and the intentions recommended this month by the Holy Father in Rome. I make this prayer of thanksgiving and petition through the same Christ our Lord. Amen
