Most everyone knows the shelter has been flooded with puppies lately. Several of us have spent hours contacting rescues. Ruff mutt picked up 2 today and so did Oak Hill. We have a lady in Virginia who had offered to take the last 7. They were supposed to be picked up today from a foster in Arlington, but he had to work. We told him we could hold them one more day and he said no, I rearranged my schedule and I am on my way. 15 mins outside of Paris he calls and says his car breaks down. So I gave him a local wrecker companys phone number and they took him to a hotel till his car can be fixed tomorrow. This man did NOT rearrange his schedule, he LOST his job!! Yet he still drives 2.5 hours to save 7 puppies!! Can we show him appreciation!?!? I pledge $100 right now. What do we say Paris, Tx!?!? Lets help this man out!! Even if you contribute $5 its $5 he didnt have! Donations can be dropped off at the shelter at 9am tomorrow with Carla.
