Most everyone on this radio phone-in show are all in support of eliminating wheat. I think I will give it another try....no more wheat for me! I heard that red fife is ok: " the only way around the unhealthy outcome is to avoid wheat altogether, or to seek out the rare heritage breeds, such as Red Fife, that have not been altered, Davis says." I know that True Grain Bread in Summerland has red fife bread. Does anyone know of other bakeries in the South Okanagan that has red fife bread?
