As One Judges One Goes: One cannot judge without it arising from within so every judgement is as if one is looking in the mirror. As you judge you go. In stillness theres peace, because in stillness theres nothing to judge. Not having judgements is freedom. Its a fairly simple way of looking at things, but it is very difficult not to judge. And why is this so, because its the way ones mind has developed Conditioned Mind Patterns that keeps one in captivity to the ego. The more one judges, the more in the world one is and the more ones bondage to the world. One cant pick and choose what is to be judged, because ones freedom will be limited to those choices. If one wants total freedom, judgements are to be non existent, good, bad, or indifferent. As one judges one goes. Ones mind is very subtle in its judgements. All judgements arise from within so every judgement is as if one is looking in the mirror and as you judge you go. In stillness theres peace, because in stillness theres nothing to judge. Judging is a tool of the Conditioned Mind, thats used to keep one from seeing truth. There are no facts in ones judgements so they really dont have merit. Truth can be seen in stillness, but in ones judgements there is only noise. So it is imperative if one is to be free there is a need for stillness. In stillness nothing arises so nothing is judged, so in stillness is our freedom because there are no blocks to our peace. And when one is at peace its only because in stillness there is nothing to judge.
