Most of Congress has not read Obamacare or the Immigration Reform bill, mainly because of their size. I think all bills going before Congress should contain ONE law per bill and be a maximum of 20 pages long. It should be MANDATORY that every lawmaker reads what they are to vote on. I think these laws should be written in plain english and posted to the public at least a month before they go to vote, with the exception of top secret National security issues.
