Most of you dont know, but I took a break from my stimulants due to some medical reasons beyond my control for a few months - Now that I have that taken care of - I restarted my weightloss journey Monday. I must say, I feel lighter already. I move so much more than before - even if I am walking in circles ( which does happen often ), our house has NEVER stayed this clean for this long, and our whole house atmosphere has changed :) I am holding myself accountable to take care of what NEEDS to be done to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. Saba gives me every tool I need to make this happen!!! I am so blessed to be a part of a company that truly has our health in mind.
