Most of you have probably seen this video before. If you have, watch it again with this in mind. And if you havent plesase watch this. Alma 38:12 Use boldness, but not overbearance; and also see that ye bridle all your passioins, that ye may be filled with love; see that ye refrain from idleness. In our fallen state, we sometimes tend to fall into temptation. We dont always see things for what they truely are. We rely too much on the natural man rather than the salvation of our spirits. By constantly keeping a prayer in our hearts and keeping the commandments, we can BRIDLE OUR PASSIONS (emotions) our anger, fear, lust, hate, and every other passion, and BE FILLED WITH LOVE. As we do this and listen to the Holy Ghost, we see things as they really are. We recieve personal revalation in wisdom. Take some time to think about the passions or emotions you can work on. Whether it be hatred, gossip, anger, being more understanding, a grudge, or forgiveness, or something else. Constantly keep a prayer in your heart. And in doing these things i know that your Heavenly Father will bless you. He loves each and every one of us and wants us to return to him.
