Most of you know my story. I started my Advocare journey June 2013. I started my first challenge with the help of my friend Marianne Ames. She encouraged me, coached me, and set me up with the perfect mix of supplements and products to support my goals. During that first challenge, I lost 7lbs & 13. Ive gone on to lose over 30 and 20lbs. I have more energy. My skin & hair look amazing. And all the stomach problems I was having are gone!! My body fat went from 35% to down to 29%. I am still on my journey. I still have goals in sight.
