Bah ha! ha! So, my ME day ~ consisted of: ~ Washing a load of dishes and getting them put away. ~ Cleaning the counters, stove and sinks. ~ Spending half an hour sorting Tupperware so I can rewash it all and put it away. ~ Chopping vegetables for my rice salad. ~ Making the rice. ~ Putting a sliced potato with cajun, applewood seasoning, cracked black pepper and sliced onion in the oven to bake. ~ Preparing my cajun, smoky bacon seasoning, cracked black pepper, wrapped in bacon and rolled in panko crumbs pork tenderloin. ~ I also wrote out six cards for some of my personal USA budettes, 1 in Hong Kong, addressed them and have them ready to go in the mail. ~ And got my fingernails cut! Not sure though that that was a ME DAY lol. BUT it was definitely a productive day! :D Not bad in 1 1/2 hours! :p
