Most of you who even read this will know that I have worked for GAEMS as a sponsored pro player a few times. The first time was a few years ago. I signed a contract as a Pro Player and part of that contract was the possibility to earn $10.00 per G155 that I sold. I could basically earn extra money by selling their product as well as representing the company. Per our first meeting at the office in Bothell… I put in a call to someone I had met previously during one of my other pro contracts with Sharkoon the headset company. Amar is actually quite important at compu expert and I got him on a conference call with John ( GAEMS vp ), Glenn ( who no longer works at GAEMS) and Melissa ( marketing manager, who no longer works at GAEMS). I talked about how great the product was and that we should set something up for PAX East and possibly share a booth with them. He thought this was great and John called him on a private line and walked out of the room. Well, compu expert placed an order that day for 1,500 G155’s. Since this was my account I got going… I was supposed to be paid $10.00 per g155. I’m not even talking about the unknown number of units they have ordered since then. This is about the original commission that was owed to me for getting GAEMS that account in the first place. That account also opened the doors for GAEMS to get orders from other companies as well. So where is my $15,000?? I haven’t seen it! It’s been a few years and I still have not been paid. I am not the only gamer that has been treated this way by this company. It saddens me to know that they will do anything to shut me up rather than pay what they owe me .They called my wife today and told her she needed to take down her blog posting or they are going to get their attorney involved. It seems this company keeps getting into trouble because of what one person over there is telling people. Personally I have been told over an over about how I could earn this and get that, the possibilities were endless and yet it was all just a joke. They will do whatever it takes to use you and then get someone else. I wonder how long the current employees last before they get replaced.
