Most often we fail to give credit where it is due. De Klerk took - TopicsExpress

Most often we fail to give credit where it is due. De Klerk took the most difficult decision that has ever been taken in public office, he unbanned ANC, PAC and SACP including the release of Nelson Mandela. By 19 December 1992, De Klerk he also took yet another difficult decision to expel 23 senior officers in military at what is known as night of the generals and this was a major decision that built this country to this point and averted civil war in our country. If you hate white people, think again of the bravery of this wonderful state man, a visionary less celebrated but contributed so much that no freedom would have been possible without civil war if he did not respond to the honest patriotism in him.
