Most people are peripherally aware of the world that surrounds them. The voice in their mind usually absorbs the greater part of what they pay attention to. They are not present but more possessed in their thinking. Their perceptions and experiences are distorted by judgments. This is unfortunately most peoples reality. A choice is made to fall asleep and stay in their minds without resolution and without really going anywhere. They do not wake up until they become aware of this and thus can only really observe whats happening based on behaviour and action rather than imprisoned thoughts of reality. Freedom begins the minute we can take the thinking out of the perceiving. Theres a sense of stillness. I call it PEACE
