Most people here do not like Canadians. I ask why, they cannot say why. They always seem to mock hockey, maple syrup & the expression eh lol Almost all of them have never been to Canada nor have they ever met a Canadian. Extreme patriotism here in the states is my guess??? Also Ignorance, not being able to form your own opinion/ a low IQ are not the best help either Take a few minutes to learn about this great country (your #1 Allies) who we are as Canadians & the relationship between us. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. A friend on Ello posted this earlier.This made me feel pretty good about being a true Canadian. I actually learned something myself, my fav journalist of all time (Tom Brokaw) is Canadian. ;-)
