Basically I had to call them when my new account had arrived and was due for some reimbursement (their suggestion ) as I was without landline and internet for quite a while.. So as I didnt have it couldnt find a ref no the delightful (not ) girl on the other end just giggled and smirked at me... I asked her was she laughing at me and she said, yes, sorry... I saw red as she proceeded to smirk throughout the conversation so I hung up and called Telstra Live chat... It was soon sorted... Hence a very inexpensive phone bill!! Pat on the back for me ... !
