Most so called political issues are complicated and dont reduce to the sloganeering the political and media class foist upon us. An exception is the minimum wage. The issue is clear as a bell. Putting a floor under the price of labor, or any other commodity, will (not may, will) result in a surplus in that commodity. Advocates of an increase in the minimum wage therefore necessarily fall into one of only two classes: morons or racists. Logic permits both to be true. There are no alternatives. If you do not viscerally and vigorously oppose the minimum wage generally and an increase in the minimum wage in particular, you are a moron, a racist or both. Period. Every time you open your noise hole and make minimum wage noises come out, you condemn fifty black boys to a life of never having a job. EVER. And you call me a racist? Bill Walsh
