MotherJones reader comment: More to the point, he (Kennicot) has helped oversee the decimation of HSD and the services it used to provide to New Mexicos most vulnerable citizens. Without due process, this administration shut down the states behavioral health providers and outsourced services to for-profit Arizona providers who are providing fewer services to fewer people. New Mexico is in crisis because of the callous attitude of Kennicott and the governor he serves.
