Motorvation Monday Im thrilled with the number of people that have shown interest in tracking their cars this year, however, theres more to it than just showing up with your car and driving. Track days are dangerous and its up to the participants to make sure their car is safe, and that both they and their cars are capable of withstanding laps on a road course. In this video my friend Andy Smedegard goes through the basics on how to prepare yourself and your car for your first track day. If you do your homework and follow these simple guidelines you will be safely prepared for your time on track. Hope to see more people out there in the near future!
