Mountain climbers are a great way to build up a sweat. First, get into the push-up position. Shoulders over knuckles, back flat, and your core, glutes, and quads are squeezed. Drive one knee to your chest then back to starting position. Then, do the same with the other leg and continue to switch back and forth. Ideally you want to bring your knee to your chest, but go as far as you can. Try not to let your hips go into the air and dont allow your back to round.
