Extend one arm out in front of you and raise the opposite leg out to the side at 90 degrees. ✅Draw your arm across the front of your body and bring your knee forward to touch your fingertips to your knee. ✅Then sweep your arm and leg behind you to touch your fingertips to your foot. ✅This completes one rep. Do 12-15 reps on each side! Works your chest, abs, obliques, butt, and thighs! LIKE if youll be giving this move a try!
