Move of the Day Today Im showing you a couple if moves utilizing resistance bands. Bands are an effective and inexpensive piece of workout equipment. Theyre great to travel with as well - I always throw a couple in my suitcase. TAG a friend who may like to try this! The first move is a chair pose with a chest press. Put the band underneath your feet - feet together. Sit back in chair pose with the weight in your heels. Proceed with the chest press. The second move is a one legged row. Wrap the band around one foot - enough to create plenty of tension for the row. Lift the leg with the band on it. Proceed with the row. Then switch legs.
