Move of the day! Open hip downward dog :) Please use caution like any exercise you attempt because the objective is not to injure yourself! My weakness is Yoga/flexibility. Im a hardcore cardio junkie so I chose the PiYo program to help strengthen that area of my fitness. Im also actually a pretty camera shy person believe it or not and Im really trying to break out of my comfort zones :) I hope you all have a great weekend!
