Move or move(s) of the Day for you: first one is a weighted Pelvic/Glute Lift (or you can do this without a weight with you arms flat on the ground with palms down), second one is a Plank with Alternate-Knee Crunch. Do each one for a minute a piece, tighten/flex as you come up with your glutes/butt, and your abs as you work them both. The first one is a great one for working those glutes, and a great one for your abs. Great ones to incorporate into your routine, you feel a nice little burn! ;)❤️
