Mq~ Hi can you post a question for me.... Hi I have posted on here a few times about some breastfeeding issues which I thought was due to supply however I am not so sure now. My son is 22.5 weeks. He has been exclusively breastfeed, well except when he was running a fever on 102.8 and the hospital gave him 4 ounces of pedalite . However over the past month he has seemed like he is not happy after his feeding almost like he has been hungry. So I have been eating 5 servings of oatmeal, 6 fenugreek pills, and 6 brewers yeast for over a week. I am producing more then enough milk now, I am even pumping enough that I can start storing for when I start back to school on Monday ( No supplementing YAY). I am so full I am leaking, he whimpers I let down. The last 2 days he will ABSOULTLY not latch on, I put him to my breast and he drinks for not even a minute and he freaks out . I mean full on screaming and crying. He did this all day yesterday, I tried on my breast and the milk that I had pumped and he would not due it. At hour number 5 he still refused to eat my husband gave in and gave him the new similac ( supposedly like breast milk formula) and he took it with no problem. He still refused my milk all night and all day today. I have had him at my breast almost none stop over the last 48 hours and he just wont have it. I have even tired expressing milk into his open mouth by hand and he starts gagging on it and spits I out. I have no idea what is going on and I am at my wits end. I want to breastfeed him and I do not want to give him formula however he is literally willing to let himself go hungry instead of eating from me. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated... ~ Johna
