I am following up on a formal disciplinary investigation of Gary Vidmar by the Mayor of South Lebanon related to use of Village postage for personal mail. Gary Vidmar has made the statement for the record that he used the City of Loveland’s postal meter for his personal mail as routine while employed with your former administration, allegedly as rationale for his continuing actions. The Village of South Lebanon Mayor has stated he confirmed this statement of Mr Vidmar’s with “someone” in Loveland. We also understand that Loveland has presently contracted Gary Vidmar as consultant to Loveland’s administration. As this is all related to a formal investigation, is now public record, is now on the social media in South Lebanon, I request your prompt reply to help confirm or deny these statements, if possible by the end of today. 1) Did Loveland give Gary Vidmar personal access to the use of City postage, as he claims? 2) Did the Village of South Lebanon Mayor confirm this information as part of his official investigation, and if so, with whom was that confirmation made? 3) Is Gary Vidmar presently or recently consulting for the City of Loveland while Administrator of South Lebanon?
