Mr. Hudak It was the Conservative government who formed the Hydro One corporation in 1998 with the intent to privatize. Whatever happened to that, no more talk about this. My question is do you intend to lower the rates, and privatize it if your party won the next election? Does your party have intentions on coming clean with something you started many years ago, or are you just using the hydro issue as a propaganda tool for election purposes? Your party is very much aware of the burden that hydro costs and increases have placed on all persons and businesses of Ontario. Do you have a clear agenda to correct this burden.
