Mr Jonathan Bush is WAY smarter than his cousin, the second President Bush! His book is about ways to change and improve our existing health services delivery system. Heres an example of his thinking: ....trying to get big companies to buy an improved version of something they already they have is a waste of time. . . . but the hospital has probably bought the old version from a supplier it knows. The relationship has gone for years. These people, customer and supplier, go on golf outings. They might eat together. . . Sure people bellyache about the old system that is inefficient and inadequate but, people always bellyache. Why would the hospital switch something that works, albeit badly, for a new product that might not work?
