Digital literacy and cyber connection is a must in most of daily routine of someone. People tend to conceive and consume the latest gadget of telecommunication technology. Therefore the mobile phone is like an intimate companion for everyone. This phenomenon is common to everyone. But it is a signal for losing interpersonal communication-interaction when young people is less talking than texting. Depending on a screen and earphone do not help someone to be a good and smart leader as youth should enjoy their life time in deliberating and communicating with voice, words and physical action. Youth must be able to balance their communication through traditional way and new technology. The world of texting as a trendy fashion for young people should be treated to manipulate but not isolate by the communication technology. Socially and culturally, through good interpersonal communication many social problems could be erasable and solve. #WAYga
