Mr. President, exactly who are you going to deploy into Syria if you decide to put boots on the ground. Oh right, the same men and women who have spent way to many years deployed in the desert. No major increase in funding for the VA. Vietnam vets had PTSD after 1 year at war. I can not imagine spending the better part of a decade deployed. I think it is past time that in order to serve in Washington sending troops off to war at least 1 of their children must serve. Oh and the media has not covered the fact deployed civil service men and women were furloughed.
