Mrs. Zane, I have some great news to share with you, but first - TopicsExpress

Mrs. Zane, I have some great news to share with you, but first I want to tell you thank you for sharing my older sisters story last year. My 20 year old sister named Esther Centeno and her unborn daughter were killed by an habitual drunk driver named Jennifer Englade in New Orleans, Louisiana on Sunday, May 26, 2013. My sisters friend and another male were also killed that day. Jennifer Englade had at least FOUR previous DUI encounters, but each time she was literally given the pat on the back. After killing three people and an unborn, she was almost given the pat on the back again. They were claiming that she was incompetent to have a trial and they claimed that shes mentally ill. This week, my family received some great news! Jennifer Englade was found COMPETENT to stand trial. The trial date is scheduled for November 18, 2014. I know that this wont bring my sister back, but as long as justice is served, it makes us happy. It has been a long year for all of the families involved. Thank you for sharing. You are amazing! I also want to remind people to NOT drink and drive. These tragedies can be avoided. MY RESPONSE: Natalie, I am glad that your family may finally be able to get some justice. I remember you extremely well. You are such a sweetheart. I went back and found the link to the video tribute to your sister. She was so beautiful. Please let us know what happens at the trial. I love you and God bless. https://youtube/watch?v=gzhF4LODMic
