Ms. Chloe Christina Eckert Update Marisa, Matty, Chloe, and I are grateful for the thoughts and prayers you have streamed our way. We are big believers in the power of prayer. We ask that you continue to hold our little family up in your hands and hearts as Chloes NICU journey continues. The last 24 hours or so have delivered some setbacks. Her circulatory, digestive, and excretory systems are all being taxed and asked to speed up their development and function to make up for the early loss of moms placenta functions. Her one month birthday was Dec 2, but her full-term due date was December 27. She is still not out of the woods. Matthew has seen many photos of his bay-bee shish-star but they have yet to be united. I am so looking forward to the day these two beautiful souls can get to meet.
