Much as I hate to share anything from Mamamia, I make an exception for this. Immunisation is at a critical low in parts of Sydney, let alone places you might expect it like the Far North Coast. Maybe I was lucky to visit a country where polio was still active when I was young and impressionable (Malawi), or maybe Id always have immunised my three children regardless, but it have never had any doubt, ever, that immunisation was essential, not just for our children but for the whole community.
