Multigrain Sesame topped Mini Pancakes(uttapams) #superhealthy Breakfast has to be the healthiest meal of the day..to give us a kickstart n keep the body loaded with energy.. It should include protein, carbs and some fat as well.. So a healthy n quick recipe thats ready within minutes.. Ingredients 2tbsp each of- Ragi flour Rice flour Wheat flour Semolina roasted Oats Leftover idli/dosa/wada batter Curd(sour)of some buttermilk Chopped onions Chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste Mix all the ingredients and make a batter slightly thinner than dosa batter If u can leave it to rest for 10 minutes..great..if u dont have the time..proceed Add half a teaspoon of cooking soda..mix well and make small uttapams or pancakes(same diff😄) And sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before flipping Let them turn golden Njoy with or without chutney Tastes great all by itself too.
