Mum question: My 5 month old daughter has been wrapped to go to sleep since the day she was born, we found at around 3 months she was getting out of her wraps and becoming unsettled or end up with the wrap up around her neck and would not go back to sleep not wrapped so we put her into a woomie...Which worked a treat. Now she is 5 month and shes rolling from her back to her stomach in woomie and therefor getting stuck as she has no arms free to be able to push herself off her face! As you could imagine this distresses me alot! So im desperately looking for help information on how to teach her to settle without being wrapped or in a woomie. We have tried the transition woomie (one arm out at a time) but again she will not settle. She may sleep for 15-20 minutes but once shes woken after a sleep cycle and worked out her hand is free to play with and suck on she wont sleep. Then becomes agitated and cries as shes so tired but wont settle to sleep with her hands out!
