The PWD shift responsibility on Municipal Corporation and Municipality on Govt departments. Play hide and seek games with public. Any employee can be loyal if he works in the interest of Municipal Corporation. A good employee must work hard and dedicate his life to his own corporation. A service to mankind is service to God, but to serve society, one must be fit and cheerful. Wealth does not always mean goodness, it can be roots of many evils also money minded people/employees are selfish and greedy. The mass and media must expose the illegal encroachment and illegal constructions, without permission within the limits of Municipal Corporation of Jammu, Scams, Scandles and corrupt politics, so that the general public remains aware of the evil designs of the corrupt individuals, there is no check of garbage lies scattered on the roads. Municipal environment is vulnerable to serious decay and needs concerted efforts of the masses for disposal. There is need for preventive measure for checking of environmental decay. Let us rise to the occasion and save it. The issues of illegal construction without permission are very serious. There are flaws in Municipal laws. The poor public is victim of building permission laws. The sarwal Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Gura, Rashim Ghar Colony are rehabilitation colonies, where maximum plot size is 60*30 and 20*60 feets per family and that too allotted in 1952 to the refugees. At present the plot divided in many shares of Hindu Divided families. The share comes is 15/30 to each member. The plantation needs to be looked by social forestry department. The municipality should also check the working of other department within the limits of corporation make the city beautiful and free from noise pollution.
