Musalia Mudavadi supports Referendum Former Deputy Prime Minister Hon. Musalia Mudavadi has supported the call for a referendum. Mudavadi, who was speaking during the closing ceremony of the PAG national youth conference in Vihiga County appealed to the residents to support the county government to ensure the success of devolution. Speaking at the same function, ELIUD Owalo challenged Mudavadi to support Raila Odinga in his quest to bring change in Kenya. The area MP Hon. Agoi was shouted down and had to cut short his speech when he tried to oppose the referendum. Other leaders present included Gov.
